摘要
作者总结了116例人工股骨头置换术治疗股骨颈骨折围术期护理。认为术前应根据老年人病理生理特点做好心理护理,指导患者加强营养,积极控制并存病。术后密切观察病情变化,采取正确卧位,做好负压引流护理,指导患者正确功能锻炼。护理的重点是针对人工股骨头置换术并发症感染、髋关节脱位、假体柄断裂、疼痛、假体松动等找出与护理相关因素,制定完善护理计划,采取切实可行的护理措施。确保手术成功和置换后肢体功能的恢复。
The author summarized the perioperative nursing of 116 cases of artificial femoral head replacement for transcervical fracture and concluded that the old patients should be psychologically nursed according to their physiopathologic characters before they underwent operation.in take enough and good dier and rheir other exisiting diseases be activey controlled. The nurses should closely observe their post operative conditions,let them take correct clinostatism.have good negative pressure drainage nursing and instruct them to do correct functional training. The nursing focal points were to prevent complicated infection of artificial femoral head replacement dislocation of hip joint.fragmentation and mobilization of artificial handle and pain,find out the relevant nursing factors,lay down perfect nursing rules and pain,find out the relevant nursing factors,lay down perfect nursing rules and measures and make sure the successful operation and good functional recovery.
