摘要
目的:从碱蓬中提取出水溶性粗多糖SP,经分离纯化得到SPB,研究SPB的纯度,性质和体外抗氧化能力。方法:粗多糖经DEAE Sepharose CL-6B柱层析分离纯化得到SPB,经HPLC法检验纯度,超氧阴离子清除实验和羟自由基清除实验等鉴定其抗氧化能力。结果:SPB是均一组分多糖,分子量在40万。结论:SPB有高于Vc的超氧阴离子清除作用,以及相当于Vc的羟自由基清除作用。
A water-soluble crude polysaccharide SP was obtained from Suaede Spp.After crude polysaccharide was fractionated and purified by DEAE Sepharose CL-6B column chromatography,SPB was obtained.The homogeneity was proved by HPLC method.SPB were homogeneous and.On the basis of antioxidant activities assay,SPB has stronger inhibitory activities for superoxide radical than Vc.
