摘要
以选择最佳提取小茴香精油的实验方法为目的,应用同时蒸馏萃取法,超临界二氧化碳萃取法和微波萃取法等方法对华北地区的茴香全叶进行提取精油,得率分别为3.133%,2.953%,2.747%。经过比较这三种方法的得油率及其工艺优劣势,得出的结论是同时蒸馏萃取法提取的精油得率最高、工艺最佳。
For the purpose of selecting the best experimental methods to extract fennel essential oils,applied simultaneous distillation and extraction,supercritical carbon dioxide extraction and microwave extraction methods for ectracting the whole leaves of fennel essential oil such as the North China region,yield 3.133 %,2.953%,2.747%,respectively.After comparing the three methods have the oil rate and advantages and disadvantages of technology,the results is that method of the highest rate of extraction of essential oils and the best process was simultaneous distillation and extraction.
