摘要
投资转移是投资者到其他地区或其他行业及企业那里寻求投资收益的行为,通常表现为伴随着投资、贸易、技术转移与海外上市等形式的资本跨地区、跨行业的流动。投资转移的过程往往伴随着产业的转移,产业转移与投资转移是同向进行的,但投资转移并不必然带来产业转移,即使投资转移与产业转移相伴随而发生,它们的方向也可能是相反的。美国对中国的贸易逆差,只不过是美国不能在国内为其巨额资本找到足够广阔的场所的结果,而这种结果不是人民币升值就可以消除的,因为它本身就不是人民币贬值所造成的。
The investment transfer is the behavior of the investors who invest for profit in other regions, industries or enterprises. Usually, this kind of behavior is accompanied with the inter-region or inter-industry capital flow which is demonstrated as investment transfer, trade transfer, technology transfer or overseas listing. The process of investment transfer is usually accompanied with industrial transfer; the industrial transfer and investment transfer is in the same direction; but industrial transfer is not the absolute result of investment transfer. Sometimes even if there is the industrial transfer accompanied with investment transfer, their directions are opposite with each other. The U.S. trade deficit with China is only the result of that the U.S. can not invest the huge capital into their own domestic market. And this result can not be eliminated by the appreciation of RMB, because it is not the result of RMB depreciation.
