摘要
在日本物流业发展过程中,除企业自身对物流管理及技术不断地进行深入挖掘外,日本政府还根据本国及世界经济发展的趋势和要求,自1997年开始由经济产业省和国土交通省每四年共同制定一次《综合物流施策大纲》。《综合物流施策大纲》作为日本物流业的纲领性政策文件,对日本物流业发展起到了很大的促进作用,成为引导日本物流业发展的指导性文件。为更好地推动我国物流业发展,应结合我国物流业发展实际,借鉴日本在构建一体化物流体制、统一物流管理模式及推进综合、一体化物流计划实施等方面的成功经验,建立适应我国物流业发展的行业管理体制,制定我国物流业中长期发展规划——《中国物流综合施策大纲》。
During the process of Japanese Logistics industry development, the logistics enterprises have been continuously exploring the implication of logistic management and technology. Besides, according to the development trend of Japan and world economy, since 1997, by authorizing the Ministry of Economy Trade and Industry and Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, Japanese government has been formulating The Integrated Outline for Logistics Implementation Strategy every four years. As one of the programmatic documents for Japanese logistics industry, this document plays an important role in promoting the development of Japanese logistics industry. To better promote the development of China＇s logistics, based on drawing on the experience of Japan in terms of the integrated logistic system, the unified pattern of logistic management and the integrated implementation of logistic plan, we should establish our own management system suitable to the development of China＇s logistic industry for the logistics industry, and formulate the medium and long-term development plan for China＇s logistics industry, namely the Integrated Outline for Logistics Implementation Strategy for China＇s logistics.
