摘要
以苦参碱为指标,薄层层析、紫外分光光度法定量,采用室温留样测定含量法、加速试验法预测室温下益肝丸的有效期.采用室温留样观察法按益肝丸的质量标准对其稳定性进行研究.结果表明前两种方法测得的有效期与室温留样观察法测得的有效期大体一致.
Speed - up experiment method and staying the sample in the room temperature method were used to determine the period of validify of Yigan small pill, in which matrine as index, TLC - uv spectrophotometry method to determine the contert.
