连续性肾脏替代治疗急性呼吸窘迫综合征的临床疗效及其对白细胞介素-6的影响 被引量：1

摘要 目的 观察连续性肾脏替代（CRRT）治疗急性呼吸窘迫综合征（ARDS）的临床疗效及对白细胞介素-6（IL-6）的影响. 方法 60例行机械通气治疗的ARDS患者按数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组采用机械通气和常规治疗治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予CRRT治疗.观察两组住ICU时间、病死率情况,测定两组治疗前、治疗后24 h、48 h、72 h患者血浆IL-6水平变化情况. 结果 治疗组ICU住院时间（16.93±4.15）d、病死率率23.3%,均低于对照组的（22.24±44.87）d、66.7%（t=4.3471,6.8812;χ^2=11.9811,16.7834;均P＜0.05）;两组治疗48 h后,患者血浆IL-6水平开始下降,与治疗前差异均有统计学意义（t=6.1291,χ^2=15.9142,P＜0.05）;治疗组治疗72 h后,IL-6水平与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（t=8.1920,χ^2=18.9017,P＜0.05）. 结论 CRRT治疗ARDS能清除IL-6炎性介质,改善ARDS患者的病情,值得临床应用.
