摘要
目的 建立检测左卡尼汀注射液含量的高效液相色谱法. 方法 左卡尼汀含量测定采用Diamonsil C18（200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）色谱柱,以庚烷磺酸钠-磷酸盐缓冲液-乙腈（555 mg∶955 mL∶55 ml）为流动相,检测波长为225 nm,流速1 ml/min. 结果 左卡尼汀含量测定在200～2 000 ng范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9998）,平均回收率为97.88%,RSD为1.07%. 结论 高效液相色谱法检测左卡尼汀注射液的含量具用快速、准确、重复性强等特点,值得推广应用.
Objective To determine the content of L-carnitine injection with HPLC method. Methods Content L-carritine was measured by Diamonsil C18 （200 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm） column,heptane sodium-phosphate Results L-carnitine in the range of 200-2000 ng had a good linear relationship （r=0.9998）,the average recovery rate was 97.88%,RSD 1.07%. Conclusion This method was rapid,accurate,and can be used for determination of Lcarnitine by HPLC.
