摘要
目的了解云南省陇川县校外青少年与艾滋病相关的知识、态度和行为状况,以便开展针对性的健康教育,降低艾滋病的传播和感染。方法采用横断面设计、方便抽样方法,用自行设计的结构式问卷调查校外青少年与艾滋病相关的知识、态度和行为状况。结果共调查292名14～25岁的校外青少年,其艾滋病知识总体知晓率为77.3%;38.4%(112人)曾发生过性行为;8.6%(25人)自我报告曾被诊断过性病;只有7.4%的人在与异性进行性交时能坚持每次使用安全套。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,年龄大于18岁、家中有人吸毒、接受过艾滋病知识教育、饮酒、经济来源等与校外青少年发生性行为相关。结论陇川的校外青少年对于艾滋病知识有一定了解,但其性行为发生比例较高,这与外环境影响有一定联系。应加强对校外青少年的健康教育以控制艾滋病向该人群传播。
Objective To investigate the knowledge and attitude and behavior of HIV/AIDS among out-of-school youth in Longchuan County in Yunnan Province,so as to develop health education and reduce AIDS transmission and infection.Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted with convenience sampling.Totally,292 out-of-school youths aged 14-25 years were recruited for the study with self-designed structured questionnaire,which included knowledge,attitude and behavior related to HIV/AIDS. Results Of all the 292 out-of-school youths,overall awareness rate of knowledge related to HIV/AIDS was 77.3%.38.4 percent of youths（112 persons） self-reported that they had ever sexual intercourse with others and 8.6% of youths（25 persons） self-reported that they had ever been diagnosed as sexually transmitted infections.Only 7.4% of youths could insist on using condom during every sexual intercourse.Results of logistic regression analysis showed that factors,such as age of more than 18 years,living in families with heroin addicts,ever receiving AIDS-related education,drinking alcohol,without own incomes living depending on their families,all associated with their sexual behavior.Conclusion Out-of-school youths in Longchuan County were aware of certain AIDS-related knowledge.But,the proportion of having sex is higher among them which was related to external environment.It is necessary to strengthen health education for them to prevent and control transmission and infection of HIV/AIDS.
