摘要
在4～6℃低温下,冷藏57～146天的条纹叶甲成虫存活率在11.9％～31.1％之间变化,存活率大小与冷藏前饲喂天数有关,种群存活率曲线由Ⅰ型变为Ⅲ型分布。冷藏时间的长短对成虫的产卵量有明显的影响,冷藏73、92和146天后的成虫,每雌卵量分别为224.9,118和68.6粒,经低温冷藏后的成虫产卵高峰期相应提前。
The duration of. low temperature storage Influenced the survival and fecundity of the overwintered adults. The survival rate varied between 11.9-31.1%, when adults underwent storage under 4-6℃ for 57-146 days. The survival rate curve followed Deevey'sⅢ type. Each individual laid 224.9,118 and 68.6 eggs after being kept under 4-6℃ for 73, 92 and 146 days, respectively. The oviposition peak after the storage occurred earlier than those experienced no storage.
