摘要
资源配置效率取决于信息利用效率，而市场机制能经济有效地利用信息，所以说市场是资源配置的效率机制。然而微观信息经济学的研究表明，主要由于不完全信息导致的市场失灵将严重影响市场机制对资源配置的效率性，所以，非市场机制将成为社会资源的主要分配形式。因此，实现微观信息市场效率及其均衡是提高信息利用及资源配置效率的一个最佳切入点。
This paper views that the efficiency of resources allocation is cletermined by the efficiency of information utilizatlon. It also views that market mechanism can use information efficiently. So market mechanism is the efficient mechanism of information allocation. But the research on Microeconomics of In formation shows the market failure which mainly caused by incomplete information will seriously effect the efficiency of resources allocation. In such case,some nonmarket mechanism should become the primary way of resources allocation. It the end,this paper points out that the realization of the efficiency and equilibrium of muro - information -market is the best way on improving the efficiency of information ulitization and resources allocation, and it is also a desived end of this paper's discussion.
