摘要
目的探讨蒿甲虚热清颗粒的解热作用及机制。方法采用家兔阴虚热盛证模型和酵母混悬液复制大鼠发热模型,观察蒿甲虚热清颗粒的解热作用,并采用放射免疫法测定下丘脑中cAMP含量的变化。结果蒿甲虚热清颗粒对家兔阴虚热盛证模型和酵母混悬液复制大鼠发热模型的动物体温升高有明显的抑制作用,并能抑制下丘脑中cAMP含量的增高。结论蒿甲虚热清颗粒有明显的解热作用,其机制可能与其减少下丘脑cAMP生成与释放有关。
Objective To explore the antipyretic effects of Haojia Xureqing granules and the mechanism of the antipyretic effects. Methods Rabbit model of extreme heat due to deficiency of yin and rat fever model induced by subcutaneous injection of beer yeast suspension were used,the antipyretic of Haojia Xureqing granules was observed,and variations of cAMP level in hypothalamus was determined with radioimmunoassay.Results Intragastric administration with Haojia Xureqing granules showed obvious inhibitive effects on temperature elevation in the rabbit model of extreme heat due to deficiency of yin and rat fever model induced by subcutaneous injection of beer yeast suspension,and inhibited the increasing of cAMP level in hypothalamus.Conclusion Haojia Xureqing granules had significant antipyretic effects,and the mechanism might be related to the generation and release of cAMP in hypothalamus.
