摘要
报道了２ 例卵巢功能早衰患者采用供卵与激素替代治疗，通过体外受精－ 胚胎移植成功地获得妊娠，并分娩存活新生儿３ 名．
Two women with premature ovarian failure who were treated with donor oocyte and hormone replacement therapy in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer (IVF-ET) program got pregnancy, and three newborns were gained. The diagnose and treatment for pregnancy in women with premature ovarian failure were discussed in this paper.
