摘要
为了解决无菌隔离器在开放环境下进行清洁级、SPF级动物实验的问题,将隔离器与超净工作台、层流柜分别进行了直连对接改造,经过改造的屏障设施成本低,操作简便、安全,能提高工作效率,实验效果良好。
In order to solve the sterile isolator in open environment clean level SPF animal experiments,the question,we will with sterile isolator worktable,anti-oil laminar covers respectively,straight after modification of the dock barrier facilities,low cost,simple and safe operation,to improve work efficiency,the experimental effect is good.
