摘要
为掌握和评价大豆蛋白复合纤维(SPF)针织物洗涤性能,采用正交法设计洗涤试验,测试了多种SPF针织物的洗涤性能。比较分析SPF针织物经过不同工艺洗涤后,织物各项服用性能和外观的变化情况。用模糊数学的方法构建SPF针织物洗涤性能和洗涤工艺优选的模型。初步设想用模糊模型识别法构建织物洗后外观及性能评价的数学模型。研究表明:选用干洗法更能保持SPF针织物的原样,但对加入氨纶的织物,干洗后局部有起泡(松弛)现象;SPF针织物适合用较轻柔力量洗涤,洗涤时间不宜长,洗涤温度以室温为好;用丝毛洗涤剂洗涤和翻滚干燥对保持织物原有性能有积极的作用。用模糊数学方法可对织物洗涤性能、洗涤工艺进行比较客观、综合、可量化的评价。
A series of experiments were carried out to investigate the washing performance of knitted soybean protein fiber(SPF) fabrics,and orthogonal testing method was adopted in the washing test design.The performance and appearance of various knitted SPF fabrics were compared after washing with different technologies.Models of washing performance and washing method optimization of knitted SPF fabrics were constructed with Fuzzy Mathematics method.A mathematic model for estimating the performance and appearance of fabrics after washing was primarily worked out with Fuzzy Model Identification.The results showed that dry-cleaning is better for knitted SPF fabrics to keep their original performance and appearance.However,slight crinkle(relaxation) phenomenon occurred at certain parts of the fabrics containing spandex after dry-cleaning.It is better to wash knitted SPF fabrics with mild strength,short cycle,and room temperature.Detergents for silk and wool and tumble drying play a positive role in keeping the original performance and appearance of knitted SPF fabrics.Fuzzy Mathematic method is suitable for conducting an objective,comprehensive and quantitative evaluation of the washing performance and washing technology of knitted SPF fabrics.
