摘要
按照循环经济的理念,以集群为特征,以龙头企业或合作经济组织为依托,通过实现农牧业生产、农畜产品加工和商品贸易的一体化经营,将农牧业产前、产中、产后诸环节联结为一个完整的产业系统,用管理工业企业的办法经营和管理农牧业,使农牧业发展方式从粗放型向集约型的农牧业产业化方向转变,是实现农牧业现代化的有效途径。内蒙古乌审旗的农牧业发展实践为我们提供了有益的尝试。
To realize the modernization of agriculture and animal husbandry, the ettecuve way ＇s： first, to combine the pre-, while- and post-stages of agriculture and animal husbandry production into an integrated industrial system by realizing the integrated operation of producing, processing and trading of agriculture and animal-husbandry based on the concept of circular economy, characterized by clusters and relying on leading enterprises or cooperative economic organizations; second, to operate and manage agriculture and animal-husbandry by the way we do industrial enterprises and to develop agriculture and animal-husbandry from extensive industrialization to intensive. The practice of agriculture and animal-husbandry in Uxin Banner of Inner Mongolia provides us with beneficial experience.
