鲍氏不动杆菌烧伤分离株gyrA基因突变与喹诺酮类药物耐药关系的研究 被引量:4

Relationship of gyrA Gene Mutation of Acinetobacter baumannii Strains Isolated from Burned Patients and Drug Resistance to Quinolones Antibiotics

摘要 目的探讨鲍氏不动杆菌烧伤分离株喹诺酮类药物的耐药性及其与gyrA基因突变的相关性。方法测定20株分离自烧伤科的鲍氏不动杆菌对20种抗菌药物的敏感性,采用PCR扩增与DNA测序技术分析20株细菌的gyrA基因突变情况,并进一步分析耐药性与基因突变的关系。结果 20株鲍氏不动杆菌烧伤分离株中19株对环丙沙星耐药(95.0%),10株对左氧氟沙星耐药(50.0%);PCR扩增与DNA测序结果显示,20株鲍氏不动杆菌烧伤分离株第83位丝氨酸均为亮氨酸所替代。结论调查结果表明,gyrA基因突变可能为鲍氏不动杆菌烧伤分离株对喹诺酮类耐药成因之一。 OBJECTIVE To explore the drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii strains isolated from burned patients to the quinolones antibiotics and the relation to the gyrA gene mutation.METHODS The susceptibility tests of strains of A.baumannii isolated from burned patients to 20 antibiotics,gyrA gene mutation analysis by PCR and DNA sequencing were performed sequentially.RESULTS Nineteen(95%) of 20 strains were resistant to ciprofloxacin,10(50%) were resistant to levofloxacin and gyrA mutations were identified with Ser-83→Leu.CONCLUSION gyrA Gene mutation might have the role in drug resistance to the quinolones antibiotics of strains in this study.
