摘要
学生的职业能力培养既是满足国家对技能人才的需要,也是实现高等职业教育培养目标的重要途径和手段。突出职业能力培养既是完善科学的教育体系的需要,也是办有特色的高职教育的需要。职业教育的快速发展对教师提出了更高的要求。教师应紧紧围绕培养学生的职业能力进行合理的课程教学设计。
Students＇ professional ability building is to meet the needs of professional talents for the country,is to meet the needs of improving scientific education system,and is to meet the needs of creating characteristics of higher vocational education.The rapid development of vocational education put forward higher requirements to teachers.Teachers should take the cultivation of students＇ professional ability as the core to carry on proper curriculum instructional design.
