摘要
研究了合金元素Cu,Nb对烧结NdFeB永磁材料的抗弯强度和断裂韧性的影响,并采用微观分析方法研究了合金元素Cu,Nb对烧结NdFeB永磁材料的强化机理.结果表明,加入适量的Cu或Nb元素能显著提高材料的强度,这主要是因为合金元素的加入形成了新相。
The influence of alloying elements (Cu, Nb) on the bending strength and fracture toughness of sintered NdFeB permanent magnets is studied. The strengthening mechanism is also studied using microanalysis method. It is shown that the bending strength of the magnets can be greatly improved with proper alloying additions, mainly due to the appearance of new phases and simultaneous constitution changes of original phases in the alloys.
