摘要
用YAG固体激光器,采用不同的光斑直径、扫描速度对铝合金表面激光熔覆NiCrBSi自熔性合金涂层的相组成、微观组织进行了研究。通过试验发现,激光功率、光斑直径和扫描速度大小是影响涂层质量的重要因素。利用优化后的工艺参数获得的熔覆层,具有优良精细的显微组织,显微硬度和耐磨性能都有较大的提高。
Research result of phase structure and microstructure on laser cladding NiCrBSi self
fluxing alloy on aluminum alloy surface under different laser beam diameters and
scanning speed by means of YAG solid laser was reported.The experimental results
show that laser power,beam diameter and scanning speed was important factors which
effected microquality on laser cladding coating.With laser processing parameters
optimized,microstructure of laser cladding coating is extremely fine and the quality of
the coating is improved,and wear resistance is increased 4 times more than that of Al
base.
