摘要
ZG40CrMnSiMo加入不同配比的变质剂,920℃空淬340℃回火后可以得到αk≥328J/cm2、HRC≥53与αk≥925J/cm2、HRC≥50的两种较好力学性能(韧性相差较大)的材质。动载冲击磨料磨损试验得出热处理后的相对抗磨性,变质的是未变质的127倍以上。
Abstract ZG40CrMnSiMo Steels containing different ingredient of modifying agent were subjected to heat treatment involving airquenching at 920 followed by temper at 340 and two kinds of highgrade steel can be obtained,the mechanical properties of which are:\-k328 J/cm\+2,HRC53 and \-k925J/cm\+2,HRC50.The results of abrasive wear test at dynamic load impact showed that relative wear resistance of modified steel is 1\^27 time as high as that of unmodified steel.
