摘要
由于建筑物在施工过程中局部发生质量缺陷,虽然经过处理,但仍有必要通过荷载试验来判定经过处理的构件工作状态。放水河渡槽槽身冻胀裂缝修补后,通过荷载试验对渡槽整体受力情况是否满足设计和规范要求进行检测并对渡槽的安全性、可靠性进行了分析。对荷载试验数据分析并经设计复核表明,纵梁裂缝没有明显变化,实测挠度值远小于规范的要求,槽身混凝土结构处于线弹性变化阶段,渡槽受力状态正常,故判定该跨槽身是安全的、可靠的,可以正常使用。
As quality defects occurred during the construction course, even after treatment,it is still necessary to check the working state of treated components through loading test. After the freeze expanded crannies in aqueduct were mended, the whole load carrying capacity of the aqueduct was tested through loading test. And the safety and reliability of the aqueduct was also analyzed. Both of the analysis of the loading test data and the design review show that the crannies in aqueduct have no obvious change. The measured deflection is far smaller than the specification requirements. Concrete structure in the linear elastic body changes in phase and the state of aqueduct force becomes normal. Therefore, the intertrough body is judged to be safe, reliable, and can be used normally.
