摘要
目的分析苏州市沧浪区结核病流行情况。方法总结2008年—2009年苏州市沧浪区结核病流行病学抽样调查资料,并对结核病疫情进行分析。结果共分析了660例结核病患者,结核发病率较以前有所升高,男性发病率高于女性,老年人较年轻人多发,5~10月是发病率较高。结论总之,结核发病率较前几年轻度增高,需进一步提高对结核的防控。
Objective To analyze the epidemic situation of Tuberculosis（TB）in Suzhou.Methods To sum up the data from 2008 to 2009 of TB in Suzhou,and analyze epidemiological characteristics.Methods A total of 660 TB cases were analyzed,TB prevalence rate was be increasing,Of all the TB cases,the number and rate of TB incidence in male were higher than those in female,the TB prevalence rate in old people were higher than those in young people.Results The most susceptible month of the infection was from May to October.Conclusion Overall,the TB prevalence rates are slightly higher than those in past years,TB prevention and control should be further improved.
