摘要
实施"订单培养"是高职院校实施"校企合作、工学结合"的重要形式之一,是高职院校人才培养与企业人才需求实现"无缝对接"的有效途径。"订单培养"实现了专业设置与企业需求相协调,技能训练与岗位要求相协调,培养目标与用人标准相协调。但也存在与"双向选择"的就业政策相冲突,覆盖面有限等弊端。因此,实行"订单培养"需要强化校企密切合作,精心组织培养,实施规范运作,认真履行协议。这样,才能使"订单培养"模式焕发出更强的生命力。
Implementing the policy of cultivating by order is one of most important ways of cooperation between colleges and enterprises as well as combination between work and study,it is an effective way of achieving seamless joint be-tween college supply and enterprise demand.Although the policy of cultivating by order has resulted in some benefits such as coordination between major opening and enterprise demands,coordination between technical skill and job post re-quirements,and coordination between cultivating goal and tal-ent standards,it also brings about some disadvantages such as limited selection for students when graduating.Thus,in order to implement the policy of cultivating by order,cooperation between colleges and enterprises needs to be strengthened and signed agreements between two parties needs to be carry out strictly.Only by this,the mode of cultivating by order will have a bright future.
