摘要
第三方物流在我国已经有十多年的发展历史,虽然企业数量有所增长,但多数都是中小型企业,并没有拓展相应的物流市场。主要针对我国目前第三方物流市场需求严重不足的现象,运用蓝海战略的两个重要战略分析工具:战略布局图和四步动作框架进行分析,重建买方价值,并提出了我国中小型第三方物流企业的发展建议。
Third party logistics has developed in China for more than a decade.Though the enterprises increased innumber,most are small and medium-sized,the corresponding logistics market did not develop well.According to the phe-nomenon that the present market demand of our third party logistics is a serious shortage,this paper applies two important strategic analysis tools of blue ocean strategy including strate-gic canvas and the four actions framework and then offers some proposals for the development of small and medium en-terprises in China to reconstruct buyer value.
