摘要
高炉冶炼钒钛磁铁矿的诸多特殊现象都是因为炉渣中含有大量的TiO2。TiO2还原产生的Ti(C,N)较多地富集于炉渣表面,起到稳定泡沫渣的作用,还原入铁水中的Ti在1200℃左右以Ti(C,N)的形式析出于铁水表面,改善了渣铁的润湿性,使随炉渣流失的金属铁增多。利用离子碱度可以较好地表示出炉渣脱硫能力的变化,有利于选择合适的炉料结构。炉渣的溶化性温度随渣中TiO2和CaO含量的提高而提高。
