丹参酮ⅡA对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能的作用及机制 被引量：7

摘要 目的观察丹参酮ⅡA对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者心功能、血管内皮功能的影响。方法将68例CHF患者分为治疗组(采用常规疗法+丹参酮ⅡA治疗)、治疗对照组(采用常规疗法治疗),并设立健康对照组。采用放射免疫法和双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法分别测定三组的血管性假血友病因子(vWF)和6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-ke-to-PGF1α),超声心动图检测左室射血分数(LVEF)、心排血指数(CI)、每搏量(SV)。结果治疗组与治疗对照组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);vWF和6-keto-PGF1α在健康对照组与心衰各心功能分级间差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。2周治疗后,两治疗组各指标均明显改善,治疗组较治疗对照组LVEF、CI、SV及6-keto-PGF1α增加明显,vWF降低明显(P均<0.05)。结论丹参酮ⅡA可通过改善CHF患者内皮细胞功能,增加心输出量,而改善其心功能。
