菊花中绿原酸的超高压提取工艺研究 被引量:10

摘要 研究了超高压提取菊花中绿原酸的最佳工艺条件,在单因素试验的基础上,采用L9(34)正交试验,对菊花中绿原酸的超高压提取工艺进行优选,以绿原酸的得率为指标,考察乙醇体积分数、超高压压力、保压时间和粉碎度对得率的影响。得到最佳工艺条件为乙醇体积分数40%,超高压压力300MPa,超高压时间5.5min,粉碎度60目,绿原酸的得率达到0.46%,超高压提取方法得率高,提取时间短,是提取菊花中绿原酸的适宜方法。 A L9(34) orthogonal test was conolucted to study the optimum process of ultra high pressure extracting(UHPE) caffetannic acid from Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.Using extractive caffetannic acid yield as index,the influence of ethanol concentration,pressure,time,and grinding degree on yields were studied.The results shown that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:ethanol concentration 40%,UHPE pressure 300 MPa,UHPE time 5.5 min,grinding degree 60 mesh.The caffetannic acid yield was 0.46%.UHPE was a suitable method for it has higher yield and shorter extraction time.
