摘要
对冶炼高钛型钒钛磁铁矿的一号高炉炉身上部进行了压入和喷补造衬。结果表明,炉衬修补后,煤气流分布改善,煤气利用率提高,高炉经济指标提高。压入法造衬的均匀性差,使用寿命较短。
The upper shaft lining of No . 1 blast furnace for smelting high TiO2 bearing vanadic titanomagnetite is repaired by forcing and gunning methods . The results show that the gas flow distribution ,the gas utilization and the economic index of blastfurnace were improved afterlining repair . Lining repaired byforcing process hasthe poor homogeneity and shortservicelifein comparison with that by gunning process.
