摘要
目的探讨基于Cine模式扫描实现动态靶区范围精确勾画的可行性。方法用GE LightSpeed16排螺旋CT对周期运动体模进行多床位Cine模式轴向扫描,每个床位扫描持续时间4.0 s,扫描范围覆盖全部体模。利用自主开发的软件系统对Cine模式扫描所得CT图像进行平均密度投影(AIP)和最大密度投影(MIP),分别得到体模的AIP和MIP CT图像。图像分析不同窗宽、窗位时AIP和MIP CT图像中靶区形态的表现特征。结果在不同窗宽、窗位时,AIP和MIP CT图像上靶区的形态各异、大小不同;当窗宽、窗位合适时,AIP和MIP CT图像均能清晰刻画靶区的动态特征,准确再现靶区的运动范围。结论利用Cine模式扫描重建的AIP和MIP CT图像能实现动态靶区范围的个体化精确勾画。
Objective To study the feasibility of accurate delineation of motion target volume based on Cine mode CT scan.Methods A cycle motion phantom was scanned by GE LightSpeed16 CT scanner.The CT data of the phantom were acquired in Cine mode.The Cine duration time of each couch position was 4.0 s.Then the average intensity projection(AIP) and maximum intensity projection(MIP) CT were reconstructed using a house made AIP and MIP CT software system.The characteristics of the target on AIP and MIP CT with different window width and window level were analyzed.Results The target volume presented different shape and size when the window width and level of AIP and MIP CT were changed.The AIP and MIP CT with appropriate window width and level could accurately depict the characteristics,such as the shape and the size,of the dynamic target volume.Conclusion The AIP and MIP CT reconstructed from Cine mode scan data can be used to accurately delineate the motion target volume.
