提出了一种可从硫化钠脱硫残液中直接回收硫的方法。控制吸收液中硫离子与亚硫酸根离子摩尔比在1.1左右,调整pH值在1左右时,以反应开始时加入的硫离子的质量为基准计算的硫产率可达102%
Aprocess for recovering elemental sulfur from the residual liquid of sulfur dioxide scrubbing process by sodium sulfide aqueous solution is suggested in this study.It has been shown that the yield of elemental sulfur reaches 102%based on the amount of sulfide initially added as the molar ratio of sulfide to sulfite is controlled at 1.1and pH value is adjusted to less than 1.
