介绍了三山岛金矿采场的矿石贫化率和采矿损失率两率指标管理的实践，分析了影响两率指标的各种因素，采取各种有效措施。
This paper introduced the practice to control the indexes of ore impoverishment rate and mining loss rate in stope of SanShanDao Gold Mine.By analysing various factors and taking effective steps,the indexes of the two rates are abated.
