摘要
彩板生产线预处理工艺段原设计缺陷造成彩板质量问题。对工艺及设备结构进行改进，使原２号清洗系统由一级碱洗一级热漂洗改为一级碱洗二级热漂洗；消除彩基板面残留碱液。改进刷洗水循环系统，改进水的质量。
Mistakes in the original design of the pretreating process section of the color coating line caused certain quality defects on the product.After making improvements on the process and device structure, the original No.2 Cleaning Line changes from once alkali wash and once hot water spraying into once alkali wash and twice hot water sprayings, and revamps of the recirculation system of water scrubber and the water quality.The comprehesive results bring very effectively to remove the residual alkali solution on the basic strip of the color coated sheet.
