摘要
在设备管理中，设备诊断技术是一种了解和掌握设备在使用过程中的状态，确定其整体或局部是正常或异常，早期发现故障及其原因，并能预报故障发展趋势的技术。作为应用实例，本文简要地介绍武钢炼铁厂５号高炉罐式炉顶齿轮箱监测诊断系统。
In the management of equipments, the equipment diagnosis technique is such a technique that can quickly get hold of the actual conditions of the equipment in use, determine whether if they are in a normal or abnormal condition wholly or partly, identify the faults and verify their causes as earlier as possible,and predict the tendency of development for those faults. As a practical example the present paper briefly describes the monitoring and diagnosis system for the gear box pot type furnace top of No.5 BF at the Ironmaking Plant of WISCO.
