摘要
根据新研制的Ｍｉｅｂａｃｈ酸洗焊机的数据监测装置的测试资料，对影响焊缝质量的焊机控制参数和焊接工艺参数进行了分析研究，对提高酸洗段焊缝的质量提出了相应的对策。
The article analyzes the welder control parameters affecting the weld quality and welding parameters,and puts forward the correspondent countermeasures for improving the weld quality in pickling sector based on the testing data from the newly developed data monitoring device for Miebach pickling welder.
