本文介绍了基于步进电机的经济型数控机床的控制系统。介绍了步进电机的控制原理,驱动方式和升降速方式。通过单片机来控制步进电机的运行,其控制电路简单,组合方便,是提高企业数控化率的一条切实可行的途径。
This paper introduces an economic NC machine tool based on step motor.It introduces the control principle and control method and speed way down.It uses MCU to control the step motor running.Its circuit is controlled simplely and easy to build.It is a feasible way for enterprise to raise the NC control rate.
