摘要
目的:揭示精神科与普通内科护士工作压力源和心理健康水平的差异,研究精神科护士工作压力源与心理健康及离职意向之间的关系。方法:采用问卷调查法对1所三级专科医院精神科和2所三甲医院普通内科护士的工作压力源、心理健康、离职意向及其相互关系进行调查。结果:精神科护士工作压力源部分因素和症状自评量表9个因子得分显著高于普通内科护士。精神科护士工作压力源部分因素与心理健康水平及离职意向显著正相关。结论:精神科护士工作压力大,是心理健康水平低的一个因素,也是产生离职意向的主要因素之一。建议护理管理者采用切实有效的措施,维护精神科护士的心理健康,减少精神科护士流失。
Objective:To reveal the different levels of job stress and mental health between psychiatric and general medical nurses,and find the correlations between their resigning intentions and mental health.Methods:Questionnaire survey would be employed to investigate one 3-A-grade specialty psychiatric hospital and two 3-A-grade general medical hospi tals.Results:A few factors of job stress and 9 factor scores of SCL were significantly higher than general medical nurses;job stress factors and mental health were significantly correlated with resigning intention for psychiatric nurses.Conclusion:Psychiatric nurses' job pressures,is a factor for the low level of mental health,also one of the main factors for their re signing inclination.This paper suggests that nursing managers adopt effective measures to safeguard the mental health of psychiatric nurses,to reduce the dwindling amount of psychiatric nurses.
