摘要
目的研究急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者在常规治疗基础上加用丹红注射液,观察血清超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)及血浆血栓素B2(TXB2)的水平变化,评价丹红注射液对ACS的抗炎及抗血栓作用。方法选取ACS患者120例,随机分为两组,其中常规组60例,接受常规治疗;丹红组60例,常规治疗基础上同时加用丹红注射液治疗2周。测定治疗前后静脉血清hsCRP、IL-6、MCP-1及血浆TXB2水平。另选50名门诊体检的健康人作为正常组。结果治疗前丹红组及常规组hsCRP、IL-6、MCP-1及TXB2水平均高于正常组(P<0.05),丹红组及常规组四个参数水平无明显差异(P>0.05)。治疗后丹红组和常规组治疗后四个参数水平与治疗前相比均下降(P<0.05),丹红组比常规组下降更为明显(P<0.05)。结论丹红注射液能明显降低炎症因子hsCRP、IL-6、MCP-1及TXB2的水平,稳定冠脉粥样硬化斑块,防止斑块破裂及血栓形成的发生。
Objective To observe the effect of Danhong injection on circulating inflammatory factors and thromboxane B2（TXB2）in acute coronary syndrome（ACS）.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with ACS were randomly divided into two groups：Routine group（n=60） treated with conventional treatment and Danhong injection group（n=60） treated with Danhong injection and conventional medicine for two weeks.Serum highly sensitive C-reactive protein（hs-CRP）,interleukin-6（IL-6）,monocyte chemoattractant protein-1（MCP-1）,and plasma TXB2 were measured.Fifty healthy subjects were as controls.Results Before therapy,the levels of serum hs-CRP,IL-6,MCP-1 and plasma TXB2 in all of the patients were higher than that in healthy controls（P〈0.05）.There were no differences in serum hs-CRP,IL-6,MCP-1 and plasma TXB2 between Danhong injection group and routine group before therapy（P〈0.05）.After therapy,the levels of serum hs-CRP,IL-6,MCP-1 and plasma TXB2 in Danhong injection and routine groups were decreased compared with that before therapy（P〈0.05）.There were significant differences in the levels of serum hs-CRP,IL-6,MCP-1 and plasma TXB2 between Danhong injection group and routine group after therapy（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The levels of serum hs-CRP,IL-6,MCP-1 and plasma TXB2 could reflect stability of coronary atherosclerotic plaques and activity of platelet.Danhong injection could decrease the levels of serum hs-CRP,IL-6,MCP-1 and plasma TXB2.Danhong injection had positive effect on ACS.
