摘要
目的探讨人类巨细胞病毒(HCMV)在胶质瘤组织中的表达,为阐述HCMV感染在胶质瘤发病中的作用提供依据。方法以HCMV糖蛋白B(UL55)基因设计引物,对62例不同级别星形细胞瘤、少突胶质细胞瘤组织和7例外伤脑组织DNA进行巢式PCR检测。结果 62例中58例检测出HCMV基因片段,7例正常脑组织未检测出HCMV基因片段。结论星形细胞瘤、少突胶质细胞瘤患者存在HCMV感染,HCMV感染可能在胶质瘤发生、发展中起作用。
Objective To investigate the gene expression of human cytomegalovirus(HCMV) in glioma tissue and to explore the relationship between HCMV infection and gliomas.Methods Glycoprotein B(gB) gene was used as a target for detection of HCMV to design two pairs of primers.HCMV genome DNA in 62 cases of gliomas tissues of astrocytic tumors and oligodendroglial tumours and 7 normal brain tissues was detected by nested PCR.Results HCMV genome DNA expressed in 58 gliomas tissues,but was not be found in normal brain tissues.Conclusion HCMV infection is present in glioma tissues and may play a potential role in the development of glioma.
