摘要
结合广厦工程中的地基基础新技术，提出了其市场经济效益分析的理论方法，对国民收入、固定资产投资、建安工程量和房屋建筑竣工面积之间的比例等进行数据背景分析，根据分析情况建立了预测分析的模型．这些方法也适用于其他建筑施工技术的经济分析．
This paper puts forth a theoretical method of economic analysis for the application of new groundwork techniques extended in Guangsha Project, and establishes the forecasting models according to analysis of the ratios among national income, investment in fixed assets, construction and installation amount, and completed building acreage. This method can also be used in other construction techniques.
