前列腺增生症合并膀胱结石82例治疗体会 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨前列腺增生症合并膀胱结石的最佳治疗方法。方法对2005年3月至2010年3月该院收治的82例前列腺增生症患者行前列腺电切或汽化电切术治疗,其中膀胱结石>2cm者,行膀胱切开取石术,并行膀胱造瘘术,≤2cm者,行大力钳碎石术或行经尿道钬激光碎石术。结果所有病例均获得满意治疗效果,结石完全取净,前列腺电切效果满意。结论对前列腺增生症合并膀胱结石患者,应根据结石大小,选择不同的方法治疗,才能获得更满意的效果。
