摘要
利用苦寒泻下中药番泻叶灌服大鼠，使其产生脾虚症状；再用冰乙酸化学刺激法复制溃疡性结肠炎动物的病理模型，其症状与临床脾虚型溃疡性结肠炎症状相符。
Having been administered Cassia angustifolia Vohl orally,the rats are ca used spleen deficiency symptom,then their ulcerative colitis models are set up by iducing the spleen deficiency rats with acetic acide.The results indicate that ulcerative colitis symptom and pathological change in spleen deficienc y rats are consistent with that of clinical patients.
