摘要
内地证券投资基金市场的发展已有十多年历程,基金规模庞大、成绩显著,对于促进我国资本市场发展和直接融资功能意义重大,但是快速发展的同时也积累了不少问题。因此,针对制约证券投资基金市场发展的问题与缺陷展开了分析,并提出相应的完善措施和政策建议。
Securities investment fund market in the Mainland,which develops more than ten years and accumulates large fund and is remarkable for its achievements,is of great significance for the promotion of China’s capital market development and direct financing function.However,a lot of problems exist in the rapid development.The problems and shortcomings restricting the development of securities investment fund market are analyzed in this paper,measures of improvement and policy are proposed.
