摘要
本文对变频空调器制冷剂流量变化和换热器换热过程进行理论分析,并试验研究压缩机频率、电子膨胀阀开度和室内负荷变化对变频空调系统性能和COP的影响。结果显示:变频空调在一定频率下运行时,随着电子膨胀阀开度在一定范围增大,系统制冷能力和COP变化曲线呈先升后降形状。当电子膨胀阀开度固定时,在变频空调能满足制冷负荷情况下,应该使压缩机在尽可能低的频率下运行,可以使系统制冷能力和COP达到最佳,以取得节能效果。变频空调系统制冷能力和COP会随着冷却负荷的变大而降低。
In this paper, mathematical model of inverter air conditioner was developed to analyze the variation of mass flow and heat transfer of evaporator( condenser ). A parametric study was conducted with variation of the compressor operating frequency, cooling load and the opening area of the EEV. The experimental results show that the COP and system capacity variations at constant operating frequency are of parabolic shape by increasing the EEV openings. At the fixed EEV openings, the operating frequency of the variable speed compressor should be the lowest frequency to get the optimum COP within the variable range of the compressor operating frequency when the system capacity matches the imposed cooling load. The COP and system capacity decrease with the increment of cooling load.
