摘要
邯钢4号高炉(620m^3)自1970年投产以来,利用系数从未超过1.80。1997年利用原基础、风口平台出铁场、矿槽等旧设施,扩容到900 m^3,扩容幅度达45％。扩容中采用了多项新技术、新设备。目前,高炉操作稳定,利用系数超过了2.1。
The No.4 BF (620 m3) at Handan Iron & Steel Group Co. was built in 1970.From then on ,the productivity has never exceeded 1.8 t/(m3·d).In 1997,it was transformed with volume expanding based on using many old equipments including the old foundation, tuyere platform and casthouse, etc. . The expanded volume is 900m3 and the volume-expanding ratio reaches 45%. During the transformation, a lot of advanced and applicable techniques and equipments were adopted. The expanded BF was operated stably and smoothly and the productivity hit 2.1 t/(m3·d).
