摘要
首先简要介绍了基于可扩展标记语言XML的自动测试标记语言ATML,包括ATML的产生背景、体系结构以及各组成部分等;然后结合ATML框架的标准构建了基于ATML的自动测试系统和故障诊断专家系统,证明基于ATML的系统具有整体性、一致性和高效性等特点。
The knowledge of Automatic Test Markup Language （ATML） which based on eXtensible Markup Language （XML） is introduced in this paper firstly, including the emergent background, structure and components of ATML, then the automatic test system and fault diagnosis expert system which both based on ATML framework standards are built . It is demonstrated that the system based on ATML has features of integrity, high efficiency and consistency.
