摘要
从合理利用一次能源的观点出发，分析了电力与燃气在供热、制冷和热水供应等可 替代领域中的功能定位问题，指出了电力和燃气在可替代领域中的使用原则为：冬季供热以 电力为主，燃气为辅；夏季空调制冷以电力为主，适当发展燃气空调；热水供应以燃气为主，不提倡使用电加热热水器。
The valuation of electricity and gas in replaceable energy utility area such as heating, cooling, hot water supply, etc. are analyzed in the light of reasonable energy utilization. The results indicate that electricity is better in total energy efficiency for heating and cooling and gas is better in total energy efficiency for hot water supply.
