摘要
目的研究环氧树脂防腐涂料的最新进展情况.方法从分子结构方面分析了国内外环氧树脂高性能化的方法与机理,并介绍了它们应用于防腐涂料的方法以及对涂料防腐性能有显著提高的作用.结果对结构改性、橡胶改性、树脂改性、无机填料改性等改性方法与机理进行了系统阐述,并对各自特点进行了比较.结论环氧树脂是防腐涂料中应用的主要树脂,对其进行改性是提高防腐涂料性能的主要手段.
Aim To study the new proceeding of anticorrosion coatings. Methods Modification methods and mechanisms of recently development of epoxy resins with high performances are analyzed from molecular structure. The application in anticorrosion coatings and its effect to the performance is introduced. Results A description is given on modification methods and mechanisms such as structure modification, rubber modification, resin modification and inorganic modification, etc. and their characteristics are compared. Conclusion Epoxy resins is the mostly used kind of resins used in anticorrosion coatings. Modification can improve its performance greatly.
