摘要
以涉及聚苯醚的中国专利数据为分析样本,从中国专利申请量、申请人、技术构成等多角度详细剖析了国内聚苯醚专利技术的整体发展状况。研究表明,我国聚苯醚产业分布不均衡,主要集中于聚苯醚共混改性的下游产业;而美日荷三国则掌握了从聚苯醚合成到聚苯醚改性的全面技术,在各个方面对国内企业的发展构成技术壁垒。建议国内企业和研究机构尽快实现聚苯醚的规模化生产,并在已有的技术基础上,继续推进和加快改性聚苯醚的研发步伐。
Chinese patents about polyphenylene oxide（PPO）were analyzed and studied,based on the apply quantity,applicant,and technical construction,the domestic PPO overall development of patented technology was discussed in detail.It showed that there was an unbalanced distribution in the domestic industry of PPO,mainly focused on the mixing and modified PPO;while America,Japan,and Holland have controlled the complete techniques of PPO from the polymerization to the modification process,therefore the technical barriers to the domestic enterprises was mounted in every field.It suggested that the domestic enterprises and research institutions must quickly achieve the industrial production of PPO,and continually promote the research and development for the modified PPO.
