摘要
研究了生长在不同光照条件下的少花桂(Cinnamomumpauciflorum)幼苗在叶鲜质量及重要次生代谢物质———香桂油含量和纯度方面的差异.结果表明:叶鲜质量以1层遮荫生境为最高,其次是自然光照、2层遮荫、3层遮荫;叶片香桂油含量以1层遮荫和2层遮荫光照条件下生长的少花桂幼苗为多,其次是自然光照和3层遮荫;香桂油中黄樟油素纯度以2层遮荫最高,达9637%.适当遮荫有利于提高少花桂幼苗香桂油含量和黄樟油素纯度.
Studied on the Cinnamomum pauciflorum biennial seedlings to various light intensities in oil content and purity.The studies showed that in four light intensities,the Cinnamomum pauciflorum biennial seedlings under one layer shading(Ⅰ) is the biggest in leaf fresh weight,the second is that under full sunlight(CK).In the percentage of oil content,one layer shading and the biennial seedlings under two layer shading are higher than CK and the biennial seedlings under three layer shading(Ⅲ),while in the purity of safrole,Ⅱ and Ⅲ are by far higher than CK and one layer shading.
